Receive health advice from experienced, certified providers from the comfort of your home and through the convenience of your mobile phone. Avoid the hassles of traffic, parking, waiting rooms, and use ISTISHARTAK to meet your doctor online. If you reside in a different city or country than your preferred doctor or therapist, you can still meet them while reducing the cost and trouble of travel, visas, and COVID restrictions. Limit your time away from home, off from work, or out of school to squeeze into your provider’s office schedule, and make an appointment on ISTISHARTAK to meet them after regular office hours.

ISTISHARTAK allows you to create a personal health folder for you or your family members. List your health problems, upload files such as laboratory results, radiology and pathology images, and reports, and list your medications. After completing your profile, search through our directory of physicians and allied health providers to find the provider you need. Verified, credentialed, board-certified physicians in almost all primary specialties and subspecialties are available to serve you. However, if your favorite physician is not listed, share a link with them to join the ISTISHARTAK family.

Once you’ve found the provider you want, choose an appointment date and time, and schedule your appointment. Before your consultation, you will receive a reminder. Your provider will meet you online via secure video chat and provide your health consultation. If you prefer to remain unseen, you may turn off the video, but your provider will always remain on-screen. Your provider will complete a summary at the end of your visit, including the consult’s date, time, and reason. Your recommended plan will be documented, including presumed diagnosis, suggested tests (if needed), and recommended treatments.
